Roles And Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs
- Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully, receive value quickly and get a great first experience with Joveo
- Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively
- Develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates
- Maintain and update data in customer success management software
- Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content, playbooks, and processes
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of software implementation concepts and methodologies is a plus
- Prior experience or coursework related to project management or implementation is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
