Roles And Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and understand their requirements
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Identify, evaluate and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting too
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using a reporting tool
- Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data as per the customer requirement
Job Requirements
- Ability to follow the standards and norms to produce consistent results, provide effective control
- Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness in own function/ Client organization
- Consistently demonstrates the full range of the competency without guidance
