Roles And Responsibilities
- Document information in ticketing systems and provide the customer with information and updates
- Follow quality guidelines to ensure customer service is delivered at a standard that matches the quality of the Longboat brand
- Control all user access to the portals (both internal Advarra staff access and customers)
- Answer phone calls and contact customers to resolve queries as needed
- Provide customer training of the Longboat portal
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure a smooth deployment and ‘Go-Live’ of the Longboat portal
Requirements
- A strong interest in and demonstrated knowledge of online technology
- Broad browser/troubleshooting knowledge (Chrome, Safari, and IE)
- An exceptionally clear, concise, and skilled communicator both written and verbal
- Broad technical/troubleshooting knowledge
- Good team player with ability to work in a multi-functional team
