- Help the artificial intelligence by selecting the right flow to continue the interaction or enter text where the system cannot comprehend what the customer is saying in the shortest amount of time
- Handle computer systems
Job Responsibilities
- Advanced English level with excellent comprehension skills
- Experience working in a customer centric environment is a plus
- Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Ability to withstand repetitive work
- Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills
- Good typing skills
- Work pro-actively to ensure potential issues are escalated properly
