Roles And Responsibilities
- Conducting research on the job and the employer to gain a thorough understanding of the requirements and expectations
- Keeping the job seeker informed of the status of their application and providing guidance and support throughout the process
- Submitting the job application on behalf of the job seeker
- Providing support and assistance to the job seeker as needed to help them secure employment
- Communicating with the job seeker to gather information about their skills and experience, and to ensure that the application accurately reflects their abilities
- Maintaining confidentiality and protecting the privacy of the job seeker at all times
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with U.S. job markets is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
