Roles And Responsibilities
- Write effective, scalable code
- Own development, design, scaling and maintenance of applications in Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
- Suggest improvement in the functionality of existing systems
- Contribute to overall design and roadmap
- Test and debug programs
Job Requirements
- Strong coding and design skills using Python, Golang, NodeJs, Core Java/J2EE or any other high level programming language
- Good problem-solving skills and a hustler attitude
- Innovative and self-motivated with passion to develop complex and scalable applications
- Prior work experience with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDb), queues, etc is an added plus
- 0-2 years of experience in software development with strong focus on algorithms and data structures
