Roles And Responsibilities
- Summarize the learners needs, context and problems to ultimately shape the learning design
- Lead learning strategy by partnering with your team and business leaders to clarify challenges, define the business problem, target audience and desired outcomes
- Provide perspective on build, buy, borrow options and solutions for learning needs
- Collaborate with relevant teams to define a measurement strategy to ensure the experience meets the desired outcomes
- Facilitate transition meeting with development teams to build understanding of the project, learners needs and design framework
Job Requirements
- Proficient at facilitating design workshops using Design Thinking approaches and techniques
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Ability to articulate a design rationale with clarity and creativity
- Knowledge of learning architectures, and ability to use multiple learning modalities to strategically solve business problems
- Maintain a positive attitude in the face of difficult situations
