Roles And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
- Uses a structured requirements process to assess near-term needs
- Ensures change management and communication of change to team is done in a systematic way for medium level projects
- Develops and improves business processes within the technology and business organizations, understanding client requirements, specifying and analyzing these to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition
- Implements improvements to process or product as directed by management
Requirements
- Good understanding of roles of relevant functional groups in own area
- Strong understanding of the customer’s needs/requirements and priorities
- Mid-level professional with knowledge in a technical discipline or specialization
- Position for a developing professional building experience in their specialist function
- Communicates information effectively and checks for understanding
