Roles And Responsibilities
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience
- Managing virtual interview drives & events
- Collaborate with all stakeholders through strong candidate/employee/alumni orientation
- Participates in job fairs and other recruitment events
- Preparation of reports and dashboards, updating data as and when needed
- Coordinating for the end-to-end interview process
- Creating job-posts, assisting with screening of resumes and applications, communicating effective feedback to the candidates
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience in recruitment in a fast-moving, high-growth/large-scale organization
- 0-1 years of similar experience are preferred, Freshers can apply
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates
- Excellent organisation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
