Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of candidate administration such as maintaining and updating applicant, sharing job description, ensuring current positions are accurately posted in all recruiting systems and job boards
- Source and screen candidates basis the skills required for the job
- Responsible for planning and coordinating of events, assessment and interviews for hiring candidates
- Support execution of recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements.
- Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner
Job Requirements
- 6+ months of human resources experience
- Human resources experience
- The ideal person should be able to work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills
- Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree is minimum
