Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaign launches and ensure timely execution
- Monitor campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI, engagement, and retention
- Design and implement revenue-generating initiatives, including campaigns, promos, and workflows
- Work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and the rest of the Growth team to align on goals and strategies
- Utilize customer data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions
- Create personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience at various stages of the customer lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful revenue strategies
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving team performance towards shared goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
