Job Responsibilities
- Maintain features that are deployed in customer networks
- Work closely with all of R&D and Product Management to jointly deliver high-quality products and solutions
- Develop both manual and automated tests to verify feature functionality
- Hands on with DSL and MoCA technologies will be added advantage
- Understand real-world Customer deployments and incorporate feedback into developed features
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills are required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Should have worked with traffic tools like Spirent, Ixia or Router tester etc for end to end traffic testing
- Good knowledge of software development lifecycle & testing
- Must possess good problem-solving skills in diagnosing and helping in resolution of customer issues
Additional Information
- Experience and knowledge in logstach
- Experience in testing above protocols, setting up test topologies to verify protocol implementation, scaling limits or performance.
- Depth knowledge of L2 switching architecture and protocols
