Roles And Responsibilities
- Proactively manage delivery to mitigate risks and prevent issues, and address strategic cost management levers
- Run bi-weekly progress meetings with workstream leads
- Talent Strategy
- Build/maintain detailed workplan
- Recognize and Reward Delivery success
- Drive progress across workstreams
- Improve Client experience and value delivery
Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and advocate change through influence
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on analysis, lead with facts, and inform with data
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function as a Team Player and maintain a good working relationships, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
