Roles And Responsibilities
- Performing due diligence on accounts requiring credit checks, reviewing credit scores, financial statements, and bank references
- Tracking timely delivery of invoices and following up with internal/external customers to meet deadlines for resolution/payment
- Documenting all collection efforts in Salesforce and meeting accounts receivable aging targets for the assigned portfolio
- Reviewing assigned customer portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and initiate appropriate collection activity
Job Requirements
- Possess excellent knowledge of accounting principles
- Demonstrate the ability to build trusted relationships and influence others, with compelling negotiation skills
- Be a team player, able to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-changing environment
- Demonstrate business level, written and spoken communication skills with fluency in spoken English
- Have prior experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and Oracle
