Roles And Responsibilities
- Serving as a technical product expert, guiding teams on the product’s architecture, features, and capabilities
- Translating customer needs, market research, and tech trends into actionable product development plans
- Monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape, threat environment, and industry standards to keep the product roadmap aligned with the evolving market trends
- Defining and executing the product strategy aligning with customer needs, market trends, and company’s vision
- Building close customer relationships, advocating for their needs, and supporting sales efforts and escalations
Job Requirements
- Have a solid understanding of computer networking and key Internet technologies, including IP routing, BGP, DNS, TLS, & HTTPS
- Have a experience collaborating with engineering, sales, and operations teams, presenting to executives, and managing customer escalations
- Have a ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into clear product roadmaps and development plans
- Have analytical, communication, and leadership skills to navigate market trends and customer needs for innovative solutions
- Have 10+ years of experience in DDoS security
