Roles And Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate documentation from multiple project streams, including architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, application migration, data migration, and governance
- Review and validate existing project documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Write, edit, and standardize technical documentation, including project overviews, process guides, technical specifications, and runbooks
- Identify gaps in existing documentation and collaborate with team members to fill these gaps
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language that can be understood by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in documenting technical processes such as infrastructure setup, security configurations, and data migration workflows
- Knowledge of information security frameworks and best practices
- Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and able to work independently to seek out information and drive documentation efforts
