Roles And Responsibilities
- Advising internal stakeholders on HR policies and processes relating to contingent workforce
- Reporting for key stakeholders as needed
- Responsible to the CWR data integrity
- Day to day management of Contingent workers life cycle in Fieldglass
- Assisting with the building and maintaining of the CWR global microsite
- Ownership of contingent worker mailbox and slack channels
Job Requirements
- Strong attention to detail & strong service mindset, flexible and able to work under pressure, inquisitive mindset, self starter
- Collaborating effectively in a virtual environment
- An ability to successfully work within a complex matrix structured organization
- Demonstrates accountability, ownership and ability to handle confidential information
- Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment
- Solution orientated and enjoy problem solving
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
