Roles And Responsibilities
- Handle lock maintenance requests such as extensions, re-locks, updates, renegotiations, etc.
- Assist with mandatory trade data preparation, execution, and input
- Research pricing requests and update the system with required pricing changes
- Audit the pricing system daily to ensure the accuracy of published rates
- Assist with pricing-related questions regarding policies, procedures, and investor guidelines
- Ensure all pricing-related data is accurately entered and maintained
- Analyze and resolve operational issues associated with rate lock mismatches
