- Support the maintenance and administration of Google Workspace and other cloud based applications
- Collaborate with wider tech teams on various projects, such as system upgrades and migrations
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience as an IT support specialist or in a similar role
- Experience with Google Workspace administration and support
