Roles And Responsibilities
- Resolve issues by identifying problems, researching solutions, and taking appropriate actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system, documenting interactions and services provided
- Assist patients and caregivers with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
- Act as a primary point of contact for questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience throughout
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel while ensuring timely follow-up
- Confirm appointments, send reminders, and manage scheduling adjustments as needed
Job Requirements
- Experience coordinating calendars, scheduling, and rescheduling
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Must be comfortable answering calls
- Experience using any scheduling system, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Additional Requirements
- A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies
- Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
- At least a 25mbps primary internet connection
