Roles And Responsibilities
- Work with data and analytics specialists across functions to drive data solutions
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements like, automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
- Drive insights from internal and external data for business
- Build data tools for Business analytics to assist them in decision makingĀ
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management
Job Requirements
- Demonstrable ability to support with multi-functional teams in a multifaceted environment
- Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets
- Proficient in Reporting via Excel, Google, Tableau and other Visualization Tools
- Leading a team into reporting, solutioning and Ad-hoc data needs from internal and external sources
- Effective written and oral communication
- Problem-solver, with analytic thinking and ability to apply root cause analysis
