Job Summary
You are responsible for ensuring all elements of background package have been accurately run for all new hires in North America (NA). You will monitor the entire background check process for each hire, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Monitor all Background verifications of all North America new hires, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner
- Candidate should have working knowledge of Workday, RAMCO, other CNX tools
- Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business & CNX employees
- Prior experience with background check processes required
- Make formal judgement/decisions on disputed/questionable background results
- Working knowledge/experience of the Sterling client background check system (or other background check systems ) required
Job Requirements
- Detail oriented and excellent presentation skills
- Proficient with MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong decision-making and judgmental skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Experience implementing Process Improvement Initiatives
- Strong attention to detail
