Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinating logistical aspects of events and learning sessions, including setup, materials preparation, and technology checks
- Generate and utilize reports to create dashboards, providing visual insights into the impact of learning initiatives on the organization
- Take ownership of the learning calendar, meticulously managing course schedules, enrollments, and cancellations
- Serve as the primary contact for the L&D team, efficiently managing communications and answering inquiries
- Monitor and evaluate training programs’ effectiveness, collecting feedback and data to inform continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills set you apart, and you can navigate queries and requests with poise and professionalism
- You’re analytical in nature, with the ability to distill data into meaningful information, crafting reports and dashboards that tell the story behind the numbers
- Demonstrate acute attention to detail and an ability to manage tasks with precision and a proactive approach
- Comfort and competence with technology, including webinar platforms, learner management systems, and MS Office, are essential
