Roles And Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Operations and Order-to-Cash process owners to drive the enhancement of sales data integrity to support commission process automation and reporting
- Drive the shift to real-time and business-facing analysis to provide more quality insights for strategic decisions on sales compensation plans
- Own the reseller commission program including reviewing the reseller agreements and computing commission accrual and payouts per agreement on a monthly basis
- Be the lead subject matter expert on sales commissions and accounting treatment for contract cost under ASC 606
- Own the Partner royalty program including royalty payout review and reporting
- Manage the computation of commission payout for the sales organization on a monthly basis
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including understanding how to tailor messages towards different audiences and conveying the objective clearly
- An analytical problem solver exercising common sense and practical solutions orientation
- Being able to establish appropriate priorities and switch gears in a high-paced environment and apply themselves to learning new technologies and adopting new ideas
- A team player who leads by example, holds self-accountable for performance, takes ownership, and champions of new initiatives
- Understand the devil in the details and will take great pride in the deliverables
- Having the intuition to identify and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders for various matters
