Roles And Responsibilities
- Mapping and integrating local business processes with global business processes for all steps of worker life cycle
- Providing business analysis and requirements gathering skills with proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems
- Providing Human Resources with functional and technical support for all countries
- Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support
Job Requirements
- Ability to analyze business requirement and provide solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Workday Technical Analyst who is open to work in other HR Software is must
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Building strong relationships with customers and team members
