Job Summary

This role will work closely with the Antitrust Compliance SME to strengthen compliance efforts, mitigate risk, and foster a culture of integrity within the company. This role will be responsible for executing the day-to-day activities within the Antitrust Compliance Program, focusing on developing and managing the standards, controls, training, and awareness initiatives to ensure adherence to antitrust laws and regulations across the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stay current on antitrust laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the program remains aligned with best practices
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the antitrust compliance risk and controls framework
  • Coordinate the delivery of regular training sessions, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced modules, to ensure all relevant employees are educated on antitrust risks and best practices
  • Ensure that antitrust compliance materials are up-to-date and reflect the latest legal requirements, case law, and internal policies

Job Requirements

  • Understanding of antitrust laws and regulations (domestic and international) is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence various stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with familiarity in learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
