- Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and alignment between technical solutions and customer needs
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience by providing clear and timely communication and support
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
