Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and the wider Operations team to execute high-impact action items requiring data pipeline design and analysis to ensure timely delivery of top-notch deliverables
- Lead the design and management of recruitment pipelines to source domain experts for various AI model training projects commissioned by foundational AI companies
- Continuously analyze and enhance our processes, implementing automation and efficiency improvements to streamline operations and boost productivity
- Collaborating with Engagement Managers to oversee the complete lifecycle of projects, establishing project infrastructure, monitoring KPIs, and delivering results on time
Job Requirements
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and logical reasoning skills
- Background in a technical domain (e.g., data science, computer science), or demonstrated learning, is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Background in research, consulting, data science, or business
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
