Job Summary
You are responsible for supporting the PLM and SOR process by partnering with end-to-end Program Managers to manage product schedules in our product lifecycle management system, Teamcenter. Maintaining master data records to ensure accuracy, validating data entries, ensuring data objects are implemented and functioning properly.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation of training for user community needs
- Participate in developing solutions to address business needs
- Troubleshoot daily and ongoing issues involving system processes and ensure that necessary functions exist
- Assist with creating documentation for required solutions and processes
- Subject matter expert in the data assignment and systems used to manage that data
- Act as a communication liaison between business area and technical support groups
- Participate in user acceptance testing for system enhancements
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to drive the development, documentation and execution of business processes and/or programs
- Basic knowledge about Data Governance and Data management activities
- Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office products to support day to day job functions
- Familiar with Enterprise applications such as Teamcenter, SAP , Salesforce and Power BI
- Self-motivated and service oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of enterprise programs and processes
- Strong persuasive and diplomatic communication skills (oral, written, one-on-one, and group)
