- Document and evaluate the effectiveness of IT systems and suggest strategies to optimize user experience and operational efficiency
- Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated on project progress
- Work closely with the product, strategy, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
Job Requirements
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and user interface design
