Roles And Responsibilities
- You will execute of all change management requests from the clients
- You will assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering ROI to the client
- You will deliver quality in the data processed
- You will execute end-to-end onboarding of a client onto ParallelDots platform
- You will assist CSMs in making project operations more efficient
- You will ensure reliability and integrity of the data reported to the client
- You will deliver all client requirements during the course of the project
Job Requirements
- A rich prior workplace experience like working in startups or a challenging profile will be preferred
- Expertise in using intermediate excel and exposure to advance excel will be preferred
- Adaptable nature, willingness and ability to deliver as per the shifting requirements of our clients.
- Experience in working with large datasets will be preferred
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to get work done
