Roles And Responsibilities
- Resolve data issues from Salesforce exception reports
- Assist documentation requests during financial audits
- Resolve daily internal cases brought to the Data Steward team from the Sales and Renewals teams
- Participate in projects related to improving Salesforce data integrity
Requirements
- Basic understanding of contracts and identifying customer entitlements resulting from the contracts
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Data analysis skills is mandatory
- Experience collaborating within a cross-functional organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with the Salesforce service contract module would be a plus
- Salesforce certifications would be a plus
