We’re looking for a KYC Support Specialist to sit within our Support team at our Porto based office. We’ve hired some of the most talented developers and designers that the world of tech has to offer, and we’re keen to showcase their talent to the world.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Analysing KYC documents and processing data they possess
- Collaborating with other teams across London, Moscow, Porto and Lithuania to tackle any customers’ issues
- Helping our users with their onboarding experience via our in-app live chat
- Representing Revolut online at all times
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- You’ll have flawless English and Hindi language skills (C1-C2 level)
- Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
- Previous experience in KYC area is preferred
- Self-learner, independent problem-solver
- Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player
