Roles And Responsibilities
- Use advanced data analysis techniques to analyze and interpret large, complex datasets
- Use SQL to automate manual data processes and projects
- Help build the infrastructure and automation to ensure talent data are used effectively across ServiceNow
- Build Power BI & ServiceNow dashboards to present and visualize data insights to various stakeholders
- Build complex queries, tables and views in Snowflake utilizing both a normalized and de-normalized dataset
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts
- Strong knowledge and experience in Python and SQL
- Expertise in Business Intelligence, Math/Statistics, Computer Science or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high concentration on attention to detail
- Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written
- Experience in Power BI or other BI data visualization tools
