Roles And Responsibilities
- You consult the business and corporate functions in the development of effective people & organizational strategies through effective use of data analysis and analytics
- You create robust ad-hoc reports, deep dive analyses, and data models to provide compelling insights enabling stakeholders in their decisions-making
- You assist in the creation of processes, policies and procedures for the access, analysis, visualization of data in collaboration with our HR Products & Services department
- You are an advocate for a data-driven, decision-making culture and support the organization to become data literate
Requirements
- Sound knowledge in data engineering and related technologies
- You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to build thorough reporting and valuable use cases
- You have a growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, are eager to learn, and thrive with your challenges
- You have a degree in business administration, behavioral economics, psychology, IT, data science, organizational development or related field
- You are well versed in stakeholder management and executive communication
