Roles And Responsibilities
- Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities
- Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Helping the operations team in the day to day work
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Review data for deficiencies or errors
- Take follow-up calls for verification and maintaining of MIS
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Requirements
- Proficient in using Google Docs, Slides and Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Attention to detail, Strong communication skills (via phone, email, chat)
- Excellent Coordination and interpersonal skills
Interview Process
- Operations Assignment to submit for review in the portfolio section while applying
- 2 rounds of virtual interviews with Operations Specialist & Operations Manager
