Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, including inventory management and reverse logistics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality
- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers
- Ensure accurate documentation of all transactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Process returns, manage RMAs, and track material requirements to maintain optimal stock levels
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of order processing, order fulfillment, RMA, RMA tracking, inventory management, and material requirement planning
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in order management or related field (e.g., supply chain)
- Proficiency in Sales Order software applications (e.g., SAP) is required, knowledge of other relevant systems an asset
