Roles And Responsibilities

  • Streamline the Customer onboarding process and enhance the customer experience through collaboration across business areas, with appropriate analysis and research
  • Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
  • Continually drive improvements in existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency
  • Identify, document and enable areas of opportunity in the Cloud offering Quote-to-Cash process.
  • Partner with Information Technology professionals to develop solutions that meets business requirements
  • Develop and maintain processes and procedures to standardize the end-end Quote-to-Cash flow and supporting Business Operations
  • Conduct business research, understand the business rules, share results with stakeholders, and collaborate across different business areas to identify key metrics for success measures, and opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven problem-solving and management skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Data visualization and data analysis experience not required but is preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaborative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field
