Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development and product management teams to understand product features and technical specifications
- Monitor system performance in production to identify potential scalability issues
- Communicate test progress, results, and insights to stakeholders and team members
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest solutions to improve performance and scalability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices
- Design, develop, and execute scale and performance tests on various legal research products
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and monitoring tools
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Familiarity with legal research products and the legal industry is a plus
- Proven experience in performance and scalability testing, preferably in a SaaS or cloud-based environment
