Roles And Responsibilities
- Strong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving
- Communicate complex results in a simple and concise manner at all levels within the organization
- Proficient at using Python or any other leading software/languages
- Building visualization dashboards, reports & automating them
- Generating insights from the historical data or real time data
- Good Knowledge of creating Dashboards, Reports & Insight generation
- Experience with Alteryx tool and its workflows
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of querying languages like SQL, Snowflake, and relational databases
- Good to have CX (Customer experience) domain knowledge or working on survey data projects
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
- Has advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Working experience in Alteryx tool & its workflows to automate the dashboards
- Understanding of Text Analytics (NLP), Machine learning concepts is a plus
