Roles And Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly
  • Manage and maintain office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing files and records
  • Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and supplies
  • Support the operations team by preparing reports, presentations, and documents
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure cross-departmental tasks are completed on time
