Job Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and summarize user-generated inappropriate content from the Hindi-speaking region, optimizing moderation standards
- Collect, summarize, and provide feedback on user issues and suggestions from the Hindi-speaking region
- Timely and accurately review Hindi text, audio, and other forms of content following specified operating procedures and standards
- Work closely with operations and product teams to maintain positive user relationships
- Gather feedback from Hindi-speaking game users, collaborate effectively with customer service and public relations teams, and continuously improve the game’s social environment
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Hindi customs and habits, with the ability to communicate in fluent English or Chinese
- Passion for the gaming industry, strong user service awareness, and the ability to quickly resolve issues
- Strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, proactive, optimistic, and adaptable to work arrangements
- Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
