Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and enhance the ticketing process
- Manage the end-to-end life cycle of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem resolution
- Utilize ticketing tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Freshservice to prioritize, document, and track issues
- Attend client meetings to understand, analyse, and diagnose technical issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting technical issues
- Provide clear and concise explanations of technical solutions to clients
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support with a focus on troubleshooting and ticketing
