Roles And Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to customers on how to use our products effectively. Offer troubleshooting assistance for any technical difficulties they may encounter
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and exceptional service. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate clearly and effectively to convey product information, pricing, promotions, and any relevant updates to customers. Listen actively to customer feedback and adapt communication style to best serve their needs
- Offer prompt, courteous assistance and have meaningful conversations with potential customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, actively understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products or services
