Key responsibilities:

1. Familiarise yourself with the company’s vision and mission seeking
2. Accomplish set goals and objectives
3. Collate and maintain client information in the CRM database
4. Make calls to clients and respond to call-back requests
5. Work on email & WhatsApp conversations with potential leads
6. Make potential leads understand our courses
7. Convert potential leads into customers
8. Learn & use our customer relations management software & others
9. Handle work on the related computer softwares

Requirements:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to work under pressure
3. Laptop is mandatory
4. Willing to work in a startup environment (fast-paced)
5. Willing to work 6 days a week
