Are you an experienced human resources manager looking for your next challenge? NextEdge Labs is currently seeking an HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We are a fast growing technology company that provides a dynamic and engaging work environment.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, managing employee relations and complaints, managing recruitment processes and creating employee development programs. In this role, you must have good communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. You should also have good command of English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
