Job Summary
Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, understanding their educational goals, and assist University Enrolment Advisor through the process of guiding the student in choosing the best fit international study destination, university and program.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand the academic background, course of interest, and preferences of potential students
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, inquiries, and applications in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective students who have shown interest in studying abroad
- Regularly follow up with leads to ensure continuous engagement, address any concerns, and provide additional information as needed
Job Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of overseas higher education systems, universities, and admission processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other communication platforms
- Strong customer service orientation
