You will be responsible for executing on strategic initiatives such as updating our lifecycle journeys, building campaigns, overhauling outdated emails, auditing our systems, building audiences, and overseeing our quality assurance process for each campaign.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen visual sense of the ClickUp brand
  • Build out audiences for the campaigns
  • Review and QA all emails
  • Build out email campaigns for different teams at ClickUp
  • Coordinate with campaign stakeholders on specific needs for a campaign


  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, getting input from cross-functional partners, and putting plans into action with the ability to manage many projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ideally also experience in Segment, Marketo, Slack, ClickUp, and Blocksedit or similar
  • Solid understanding of email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, list management, deliverability, segmentation, KPIs
