Roles And Responsibilities
- Document the results of the testing in a systemic manner
- Draft technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guides, newsletters, etc.
- Support users of the application with ad-hoc questions/issues
- Test new features of the application, while understanding the complex tax technical requirements of these features
- Identify ways to improve efficiency of existing business processes and data automation for multiple projects
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a complex deadline-oriented environment and multi-task on multiple projects concurrently with little supervision
- Basic knowledge of Indirect Tax / Direct tax and basics of accounting
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business and technical level of the organization
- High aptitude to actively learn new and emerging technologies
