Roles And Responsibilities
- Act as administrator for Company’s sourcing tool set. This includes administering, maintaining and improving the environment, and training users
- Lead the effort to build, improve, maintain and evaluate essential tools and infrastructure to support worldwide Sourcing support
- Provide assistance with managing the Supplier management program
- Create and manage the enrichment rule set to improve the accuracy of Spend Visibility enrichment.
- Design and maintain training packages for the different tools and processes
- Develop reports, metrics and dashboards as required to monitor team efficiency and respond to ad hoc requests for information
- Act as the primary contact for issues and interface with secondary support from Ariba Customer service
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation (training)
- Project management
- Knowledge of Sourcing tools like Ariba or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn similar tools for administration purposes
